We provide a continuum of services including free tax preparation, family health and education, immigration and citizenship services, financial assistance and programs for youth and seniors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists with ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-performing, consistent programming across CBI. Monitors programs’ compliance with all applicable regulations, grant requirements, and established performance standards.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with center staff to ensure program data is accurately captured and reported
  • Assists with program planning, evaluation, and reporting for the Youth Department
  • Schedules training for staff as it relates to reference manuals, licensing monitoring, agency policies and procedures, and other regulatory matters
  • Supports community center staff in leading and organizing tours, speakers, and special community projects with external organizations
  • Prepares fair, discreet, and honest reviews of programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

2 years of related experience required

SKILLS:

  • Project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • Computer literate and intermediate level skills in Windows and Microsoft Office


COMPUTER PROFICIENCY:

Intermediate in Windows and Microsoft Office
