Job Description


  • Call Neighborhood Tax Center (NTC) clients  with incomplete tax returns to obtain missing information
  • Call NTC clients of IRS Tax return rejections and obtains additional information from the client necessary to resubmit the return
  • Send letters to clients who cannot be reached by phone
  • Answer high volume phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Make corrections to tax returns 
  • Assist the Electronic Return Originator (ERO) in pulling Acceptance and Rejection reports from the IRS e-file system
  • Assists the ERO with the transmission of e-files to the IRS e-file system
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate must be Bilingual in English and Spanish to be considered

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and long hours from January through April is required

All candidates selected must complete training and certification provided by employer to continue employment
