Job Description

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Processes outgoing and incoming correspondence including mail, email and faxes consumer information requests, wait list applications, notification for customer
  2. Organizes and maintains file system of correspondence and other
  3. Answers and routes telephone calls including providing appropriate information to customers on program services and
  4. Greets visitors or customers and directs to appropriate area or
  5. Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical
  6. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of
  7. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed
  8. Coordinates supply requests with appropriate staff for assigned
  9. Documents required activities in Texas Workforce Commission
  10. Creates and maintains accurate logs of pertinent transaction data.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
