Job Description

•        Responsible for researching, interpreting, and analyzing the Agency’s compliance obligations resulting from state, federal and other grant funding

•        Develops resource library for federal and state procurement and contract requirements and methodology for ensuring updates are received and documented

•        Develops matrix identifying pertinent compliance regulations affecting Agency procurement process and contract administration

•        Consults with all Agency programs and departments and provides solutions to improve internal processes and procedures through legal/regulatory frameworks

•        Reviews contract templates for compliance with federal and state regulations

•       Identifies and develops training opportunities to increase staff knowledge of compliance topics

•       Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management
