Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Adult Education, the Manager of Performance is a key member of the division’s Leadership Team and serves as the division liaison and project manager for all Adult Education departments.

•         Serves as the primary liaison and project manager between the division and all Adult Education (AE) departments, including marketing, communications, development, and program planning & evaluation functions. Maintains formal tracking of all ongoing projects and tasks with each department in project management software.

•         Assists in the development of program plans for the expansion and improvement of programs that include but are not limited to outreach strategies, client engagement & retention strategies, implementation strategies, etc.

•         Creates implementation plans and task lists designed to provide step-by-step process of implementing new and existing programming.

•         Supports program design research, learning cycles, and is adept at understanding and mapping systems integrations.

•         Leads the Continuous Quality Improvement process for the division, coordinating division’s monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Conducts quarterly CQI program meetings.

•         Uses strong background in cultural competence, strengths-based approaches, and coalition building to facilitate cross-functional design and implementation meetings.

•         Leads the division’s donor stewardship planning, including tracking of submissions, awards, and deliverables, and coordinating the timely submission of grant reports.  

•         Manages division’s storytelling, social media, and communication efforts. Works in tandem with division’s Coordinator Team, designing project and implementation plans related to MarComm strategies.

•         Manages the tracking and reporting of the division’s external partnership pipelines.

•         Establishes sound working relationships with internal partners to enhance the visibility of programs and the student experience.

•         Works closely with program staff to understand details of program activities and identify integration opportunities with other program divisions.

•         Commit to modeling agency core values with all members of the team including volunteers

•         Ensures maintenance and organization of work including saving final documents, archiving working documents, and oversight of division’s digital file structures relating to S&I activities.

•         Maintains high level of confidentiality. Performs special projects for the Senior Director of Adult Education as needed.

•         Performs other duties as assigned
